Prenatal support you can count on
Virtual doula care includes regular private video chats during pregnancy to help you prepare for birth. We’re also available for unlimited texting and emails during pregnancy for more support.
What we can cover: Updates about your pregnancy or plans for birth, learning about your family’s values and goals, help preparing a birth plan, answering your questions, preparation for bringing baby home, ideas for getting nursing off to a good start, and more.
Personalized, compassionate labor support
Worried about birthing in a hospital while healthcare professionals are under so much strain? Our care for laboring families fills in the gaps that care providers don’t cover during normal circumstances, much less during a global pandemic.

What virtual labor support looks like: Video chat, phone calls, and text messaging during labor to help you navigate your birth experience.

What we can cover: Comfort measures, labor positions (yes, even virtually!), tips to help your labor progress, ways to create a more cozy and comfortable environment, how to advocate for your wishes, how to understand what medical technology is available and why it may or may not be helpful for your birth, extra encouragement for you and your partner, and most importantly moral support and companionship as you move through your labor.
