As your postpartum doula I can help bridge the care gap. I know what’s common, what’s not, and how to care for your healing body.
Lactation? I support that, too. As well as tips on bottle feeding, new born care and most importantly, self-care.
Adoption? Let's help get your newest family member settled, as well as help you parents with education and a sense of calm & confidence.
